We’re teaming up with Wunderland Resort for another free outdoor recovery experience in Old Fort, NC — just down the road from the G5 trailhead.
This event features a guided contrast therapy circuit — cycling between hot sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork — to support muscle recovery, build resilience, and reset your nervous system.
You’ll also find:
